High Production
We have the capacity to meet the demand of our high production customers. With continuous improvements we look for ways to reduce machine run time, increase quality and always on-time delivery. We will make sure you always have a constant flow of inventory so you don't have to slow down.

Medium Production
Jobs that are generally required to run once or twice a month; to save our customers money we can develop a system to run these jobs in larger lots sizes. This decreases the cost and increases the availability of unexpected demand.

Low Production
With flexibility in mind we can focus on the needs of our low volume customers. We are able to have our staff work on any size project. You can be sure that we will take your needs seriously, and with the same continuous improvements.

Prototype
The development stage is the most important aspect of a new product. Producing a prototype, often several times over, with many revisions is a complex step in the development process. We have the skill set to work with your engineering team to deliver you accurate prototypes time and time again.

Concept Development
It is always easy to work directly with our engineering team to help you move an idea into concept right on through to prototype. We not only help you develop your idea but we give you ideas on how to make it cheaper and faster. We call this the machinibility factor, something not often thought of during development.

Reverse Engineering
This is a useful tool for replacing parts that have outlived their prints Also used to aid in developing custom parts to fit or match mainstream components or other common parts.

Hogout
Switching your low production/prototype needs from a casting to a hogout will reduce your lead time and in most cases reduce overall cost. Your hogout project can be developed with or without drafting angles. We have made this change for other customers and it has worked very well for them.

Assembly
Sub-assembly or fully assembled, we have the tools and the knowledge to reduce your in house assembly cost. We have two assembly areas totaling over 1400 square feet. We developed a cataloged and controlled inventory system for assembly components.
Sample assembly tooling list:
6 Phase II Arbor Presses
2 No3 Greenerd Arbor Presses
2 Hydraulic Busing Presses
Assembly fixtures

Passivation - Steam Treat
Seals micro porosity and provides a high degree of corrosion resistance. Adds compressive strength and increased hardness.

Military Packaging
Choosing a packing company is just as important as choosing your outside painters, welders and finishers. Our shipping department has been trained in packaging specifications, preservation levels, packing levels and marking requirements.
